• The management reserves the right to amend/add/delete any terms & conditions at any time without prior notice.
• Non-Malaysian is subject to RM10 Tourism Tax per room night.
• All prices are subject to 6% Government Services Tax.

Optional Extras

• Rollaway beds are available for MYR 80.00 per day
• Cooked-to-order breakfast is offered for an extra charge of MYR 24 for adults and MYR 24 for children (approximately)

Policies

Guests can rest easy knowing there are carbon monoxide detectors, fire extinguishers, smoke
detectors, a security system, first aid kits, and window guards on site.

Disinfectant is used to clean the property; commonly-touched surfaces are cleaned with
disinfectant between stays and bed sheets and towels are laundered at a temperature of at
least 60°C/140°F.

Social distancing measures are in place. Staffs at the property wear personal protective
equipment. Periodic temperature checks are conducted on staffs; temperature checks are
available to guests, as well as hand sanitizers.

Contactless check-in and contactless check-out are available.

Individually wrapped food options are available for each meal provided.

Each guestroom is kept vacant for a minimum of 48 hours between bookings.

Mandatory Fees

You will be asked to pay the following charges at check-in or check-out:

• A tax of MYR 10.00 per accommodation, per night is imposed by the country of Malaysia and collected at the property beginning July 1, 2022. Permanent residents and Malaysian nationals are exempt from the tax. For more details, please contact the property using the information on the reservation confirmation received after booking.

We have included all charges provided to us by this property. However, charges can vary based
on length of stay or the unit you book.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

In order to make a reservation, a guarantee by credit card is needed. In case you are not able to
give a credit card guarantee, the room must be paid in advance by bank transfer. Hotel
cancellation policy is the following:

• Cancellation up to 3 days before the arrival date – no individual fee will be charged.
• Cancellation less than 24 hours before the arrival date – the participant will be charged for 1 night/ all period reserved.
• Cancellation between 48 hours before the arrival date – the participant will be charged for 75% of the room rate per nights.
• Cancellation between 72 hours before the arrival date – the participant will be charged for 50% of the room rate per nights.
• No Show will be charged for all period reserved.
